One week down! 

Breakfast: sweet potato medallions fried in CO with cinnamon, two eggs fried in CO, and cucumber and avocado salad. 

Lunch: green peppers, chicken, scallions, carrots sautéed in CO, almonds on top. A pear. 

Dinner: avocado, cucumber dressed in evoo, salt and pepper; three hard boiled eggs, an apple.
