Breakfast: sweet potato medallions (I call them this to be fancy!) with cinnamon, fried in CO; bok choy and 2 eggs fried in CO.
Lunch: Salad with red pepper, almonds, carrots, chicken, pear, EVOO, lemon juice, and grapes afterwards.
Dinner: Two burger patties; salad with avocado, carrots, almonds, apple, EVOO, lemon juice.
