The bambino was up all night so we ended up waking up super late…didn’t get three full meals in, but it’s all still within W30 guidelines!
Meal 1: leftover meat sauce, two eggs fried in coconut oil, two cucumbers, avocado, almonds and a peach and much much coffee!
Meal 2: salad with ground beef, carrots, tomato, avocado, almonds, apple, evoo and lemon juice.
Mini meal 3: an apple and almond butter.
