Breakfast: shredded cabbage fried in CO with two eggs and an apple cut up and sautéed.

Lunch: giant salad with lettuce, avocado, tomato, sunflower seeds, walnuts, onion, two egg whites and one egg, evoo, lemon juice.

Snack: almonds and a peach

Dinner: zucchini noodles, tomato sauce with ground beef, sweet potato mash with avocado.

Need to: drink way more water, eat bigger meals so I don’t need afternoon snack (I think I do it for mental reasons anyway!)
