Breakfast: sweet potato medallions in CO with cinnamon, two eggs fried in CO with spinach, and avocado.
Lunch: lots of green grapes; shredded cabbage sautéed in CO with red pepper, coconut aminos, ground beef and some sesame oil on top.
Dinner: salad with three eggs, cucumber, carrots, evoo, lemon juice, tomato, avocado, and an apple.
