Lovelies, we made it! Another Friday...and a long weekend, too! Don't you feel like January is sort of like the Monday of the year? You're always tired, a little cranky, and can't wait for it to be over? Oy. When I'm feeling that way, I like to focus on the things I love and the things that help me through. So, here's what I'm loving (especially more) this week and what helps me get through the short winter days and long winter nights:
Number one has to be my amazing sister! She's been helping me organize my life, keep me grounded and sane, and I love all of our commutes to school together. What a treat! (PS. How cute is this drawing she did of her life?) For Christmas, my lovely husband bought me a Keurig and I love, love, love it. It's so nice to wake up to it each morning!
Eric and I found 18 to Life on Netflix one night and are hooked--it's about a young couple who gets married and lives with his parents. It's a funny, adorable, very sweet show. And last, but not least, is my favorite thing of this week: The Little Willie's second album, For the Good Times, came out on Tuesday! I am a huge Norah Jones fan (we saw The Little Willies this Fall in concert and it was by far one of my favorite shows ever), so on Tuesday morning, I bought the mp3 album from Amazon and have been listening to it since. I honestly love the whole album, but the song "For The Good Times" makes my stomach just flip, it is so beautiful! I highly suggest a listen! (What are the top Albums of 2011? Here's what Stereo At Your Side thinks!)
What are you loving this week?
