I had fun curating this post- I found out that the bedrooms I like are where country meets contemporary. Literally, the ones I liked were the ones cross listed as both country and contemporary on Elle Decor. I love the country furniture, the sort of barn-farmhouse look, but without a lot of stuff. Not a lot of knickknacks. Simple clean lines with some ruggedness. Oh, and hard wood floors. Always!
