I took myself on a walk to the St Andrews Castle Ruins today--I'd never actually been to any ruins before and I was in awe. Not only is it beautiful, but it's just crazy to stand there where grass is and know it was once a lavish palace. To stand in a tiny bottle necked prison and know people really served and suffered in there. It really freaked me out! Some of those tiny spaces were so creepy, and I was exploring all on my own, and besides 2 other tourists the place was empty. I had fun taking pictures, I am so unable to capture all of this beauty with my lens, so I hope you can amplify the beauty in your own eyes.
