Snow days are pretty, I'll give you that. Beyond that, they're miserable-- yes, I really do think that. Also, working from home tends to take away the excitement of snow days, and since Olivia moved out my day doesn't change when we're snowed in. It doesn't change beyond the fact that I cannot go out. I don't appreciate that.
See that blinding whiteness behind me? That's snow. The good news is this: I made sure the house was fully stocked with baking supplies last night. I plan on making Valentine's Day cupcakes and cookies and not necessarily Valentine's Day themed cornbread. I'll check in later, lovelies! Enjoy the snow, or lack there of, non-east coasters!
